Dressmaking and tailoring
 
Under The Mango Tree is looking forward to helping the older pupils and Timboni local community with vocational training, with the aim of better equipping young people for the future.

 
The first of these initiatives is to set up a dressmaking and tailoring course. We would like to fund the provision of sewing machines and associated equipment along with a qualified teacher to run training courses. The school is keen for this to happen and we are working with the Headteacher and other community leaders to develop more detailed plans.

We are already exploring funding opportunities.
